Patrick Depailler was a French F1 driver who raced in the Formula 1 World Championship between 1972 and 1980. He won 2 Grands Prix and claimed 1 pole position during this time. He was tragically killed whilst testing at Hockenheim with Alfa Romeo in August 1980.
