Olivier Panis is a French ex-F1 driver who raced in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship between 1994 and 2005. He famously won the 1996 Monaco Grand Prix for Ligier, which proved to be the final victory for the French marque. He also won the 1993 FIA Formula 3000 International Championship for the DAMS team.
