The 2015 Hungarian Grand Prix was Round 10 of the 2015 FIA Formula 1 World Championship. The event was held at the Hungaroring in Hungary on Sunday, 26 July 2015. Lewis Hamilton started on pole position for Mercedes and Sebastian Vettel was the race winner for Ferrari.
A minute’s silence was held immediately before the race in honour of Jules Bianchi who died of injuries he sustained during the 2014 Japanese Grand Prix. Sebastian Vettel dedicated his race victory to Jules and his family, which was especially fitting as Jules had been a member of the Ferrari Driver Academy and was expected to eventually race for the Scuderia.
