The 2004 Macau Grand Prix was the 51st running of the annual race and the 22nd time it was headlined by Formula 3. The FIA sanctioned event was held on the Guia circuit in Macau on 21 November 2004. Lewis Hamilton started on pole position and Alexandre Prémat was the race winner. Future Formula 1 champions Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg both made their second appearances at Macau and Hamilton, who had won the 2004 Formula 3 Euro Series, beat Rosberg to win the Qualification Race. Hamilton was only classified 14th in the final, while Rosberg crashed out after just one lap. Meanwhile, future Formula 1 race winner Robert Kubica also raced at Macau for the 2nd time and set fastest lap on his way to finishing 2nd overall in the final.
