The 2006 Macau Grand Prix was the 53rd running of the annual race and the 24th time it was headlined by Formula 3. The FIA sanctioned event was held on the Guia circuit in Macau on 19 November 2006. Kamui Kobayashi started on pole position and Mike Conway was the race winner. Future 4-time Formula 1 champion Sebastian Vettel made his second appearance at Macau but was only classified 23rd, one lap behind winner Conway.
