1982 Las Vegas Grand Prix

The 1982 Las Vegas Grand Prix was Round 16 of the 1982 FIA Formula 1 World Championship. The event was held at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, United States on Sunday, 25 September 1982. Alain Prost started on pole position for Renault and Michele Alboreto was the race winner in the Tyrrell Ford. The result of this Grand Prix sealed the outcome of the 1982 Drivers World Championship and Keke Rosberg won the world title. This was the second and last time the Las Vegas Grand Prix was held.
