The 1984 Monaco Grand Prix was Round 6 of the 1984 FIA Formula 1 World Championship. The event was held on the streets of Monte Carlo on Sunday, 3 June 1984. Alain Prost started on pole position in the McLaren TAG and was declared the race winner when the Grand Prix was controversially abandoned after 31 laps due to bad weather. For the first time since the 1975 Austrian Grand Prix, only half points were awarded to the top 6 finishers of this race.
