The 1992 British Grand Prix was Round 9 of the 1992 FIA Formula 1 World Championship. The event was held at Silverstone, United Kingdom on Sunday, 12 July 1992. Nigel Mansell started on pole position in the Williams Renault and was the race winner. Having also won in 1986, 1987 and 1991, this was Mansell’s fourth and final British Grand Prix victory. Damon Hill made his first F1 start at this Grand Prix in the Brabham Judd.
